What we collect
Contact details, identity and address information for you and your company’s shareholders, directors and significant controllers, information about your business and source of funds, and the documents you send us.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, carry out customer due diligence required by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615), prepare company filings, provide the services you request, and send you service notices such as renewals and filing reminders.
Who we share it with
The Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department; banks you ask us to introduce you to; our affiliated CPA firm and other service providers working for us under a duty of confidentiality, where needed for the services; your referrer, only with your consent; and authorities where the law requires.
How we keep it
Documents you email to info@apexpchk.com are held in our business email and client files with access limited to staff who need it. We keep due diligence records for at least five years after the engagement ends, as Cap. 615 requires, and then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) by writing to info@apexpchk.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for a data access request, as the Ordinance allows.
