Multi-year plans: renew company secretary and address services for two or three years at a preferential rate.

Other filings: share transfers, changes of directors and other corporate actions are quoted case by case before work begins.

Government fees are included at the rates in force on the date of your application and may be revised by the Government. *Electronic incorporation is typically completed within one working day once documents are verified and signed and the proposed name is accepted.

What to have ready

Clear scans or phone photos are fine for all of these.

  • Passport or HKID for each shareholder and director
  • Proof of residential address issued within the last 3 months
  • Two or three preferred company names, in English, Chinese or both
  • Share capital and how shares are split between shareholders
  • A short description of the intended business

Common questions

Do I need to come to Hong Kong?

No. The whole process can be completed remotely, including for shareholders and directors outside Hong Kong.

What happens after the first year?

We send your renewal before the anniversary, covering company secretary services, the annual return and any address service. Multi-year plans are available at a preferential rate.

Can you guarantee a bank account?

No firm can. Each bank makes its own decision. We prepare a complete, well-presented application and introduce you to banks we work with regularly.

Why do you need identity documents?

We are a licensed trust or company service provider (Licence TC010914). Hong Kong anti-money laundering law requires us to verify every client, shareholder and director before we act.

Can you help after setup?

Yes. APEX Partners also handles bookkeeping, valuation, investment and M&A, and listing preparation as your business grows.
